If you’re planning to transition from an unhealthy diet or take a break from the loaded meals you consume on a daily basis, Juicery by Chateau 1771 is the place to go.

Juicery is a fresh and casual health bar that was supposedly just a function room for Chateau 1771.

Executive chef and chief executive officer of the Chateau 1771 Group of Companies Vicky Pacheco said with the desire to have a synergy with the mall, they brainstormed on what that space could be. The interior designer suggested a juicery and everyone agreed on the idea.

Now Juicery is the refreshment point for all, health buff or not, or those who are just looking to try something new.

It’s perfect for people on-the-go or for someone who wants to start light on pursuing a healthy lifestyle. On the menu is a variety of diet-friendly meals like salads, soups or fruit cups and delicious yet guilt-free drinks where people can opt for the regular white sugar or nipa palm sugar.

Chef Vicky risked her taste buds just to make the perfect drinks for Juicery. She created fruit shake combos with flavors like Mango Strawberry, Pomelo Watermelon and Strawberry Banana — P130 for regular (R) and P140 for sugar-free (SF). There are also classic flavors like Watermelon and Banana (P90 R and P110 SF), Mango (P160 R and P170 SF) and Strawberry (120 R and P130 SF). Avocado (P240 R and₱P250 SF) is available ut only when in season.

Each of Juicery’s healthy juices has a purpose and the names will surely entice mall-goers to have a taste of them: Big Vibe and Strawberry Fields (P220), Memories and Jumpstart (P160), On Your Feet and Purify (P230) and Let It Flow (P190). Fear not because you can find out what the juices are made of on the menu.

There are only a few smoothies on their menu so let’s hope they will add more: Banana (P150 R and P170 SF), Strawberry (P180 R and P215 SF), Banana Strawberry (P170 R and P180 SF), Strawberry Kale (P210 R and P230 SF) and Mango (P190 R and P210 SF).

A healthy meal is not without its salads. Juicery serves Kale Caesar (P155), Romaine Caesar (P160), Pink Detox Salad (P230), Chef’s Salad (P190), Veggie Quinoa Salad (P230) and Asian Steak Tips (P150 with beef and P110 without beef).

Some of the prices listed above are only for the plain salads but buyers may opt to add other ingredients for a small amount.

Juicery also sells fruit cups and frozen vegetarian soups to go. Fruit cups are priced at P120 (three fruits) and P140 (four fruits) while there are four types of soups: Onion (P200), Tomato (P150), Mushroom (P200) and Curried Squash (P250).

Chef Vicky also plans on adding healthy pasta and rice meals on the menu so people should keep an eye out for that.
