Fiber optic MoU signing

Fiber optics Udenna Corp. (UDENNA) chairman Dennis Uy and National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) president and CEO Anthony Almeda sign a memorandum of understanding for the Mislatel Consortium’s use of NGCP’s fiber optic facilities. This signifies UDENNA’s intention to conduct joint studies determining the feasibility of the use of NGCP’s fiber optic facilities. This is in line with the consortium’s resolve to achieve its committed level of speed and coverage as the new major player in the Philippine telecommunications industry. The consortium that includes Udenna Corp., Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. and China Telecom was declared a new major player by the National Telecommunications Commission.
