Pampanga goes with Go

PAMPANGA — With his local supporters and allies here, former Special Assistant to the President (SAP) and aspiring senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go began a comprehensive sortie of the vote-rich province of Pampanga to wide acclaim.

On Friday, the former SAP and his supporters visited Pampanga to interact with locals and show what Go can do for them and their province if elected senator after May 2019.

Go visited the towns of Porac, Floridablanca, Lubao, Sasmuan, Guagua and Sta. Rita in Pampanga. He was warmly welcomed in the province by provincial government officials, local leaders, esteemed guests and residents of the area.

Noting that his long-time boss Rodrigo Roa Duterte won a major victory in the province when Duterte ran for the presidency in 2016, Go was deeply honored by the enthusiasm and support of numerous attendees in caucuses held in different Kapampangan towns.

“It warms my heart seeing your support,” Go said. “President (Rodrigo) Duterte won by a wide margin here in Pampanga and we want to thank and ask you for the same support.”

Go assured the residents he fully supports President Duterte and that he will continue Duterte’s programs as well as changes brought to the country.

He also discussed the programs that he plans to legislate, foremost among them is the Malasakit Center program.
