Baguio chill down to 9.2 degrees

Baguio City experienced its coldest morning during the amihan season on Wednesday, 30 January, with the temperature dropping to 9.2 degrees celsius.

State weather bureau PAGASA warned the residents for cold days ahead in the city as the northeast monsoon peaks.

Meanwhile, PAGASA recorded a 6.2 degrees Celsius temperature drop for higher areas such as Sto. Tomas in Tuba, Benguet.

Baguio City recorded its lowest temperature on 19 January 1961 with 6.3 degrees celsius.
