Drive-thrus are no longer exclusive to burger restaurants. Drug pushers have adopted such service in selling to customers in cars.

A suspected drug den in Barangay Niog Uno, Bacoor, Cavite apparently used a window as a drive-thru for patrons in a hurry after police raided the place on Wednesday.

The raid resulted in the arrest of a family operating the den, where they also offer buyers free use of drug paraphernalia if they want to snort the shabu bought from the den, according to police.

Isagani Ordoñes, his relatives Jovani Ordoñes and Raquel Almahan, Jayaon Morados and Paulo Lontoc were arrested for allegedly running the den. They face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The drug drive-thru only shows that even pushers are improving their service and the days of the shabu talipapa are over.
