‘FACE Chart.’ Makeup can be a form of self-expression. Whether used for work, as a hobby or even as therapy, makeup shows off one’s personality and uniqueness in an eye-catching way.

So, with everything that makeup can offer—why not dial up the boldness of one’s look and turn up the volume?

Five of the metro’s popular makeup artists showed guests how to break makeup rules and amp their everyday look at a hip, happening place in Makati last July.

Teena Arches manned Station 1 nicknamed “Pop of Color,” where she taught those who were in attendance how to play with intimidating colors. She did a day-to-night night look that made brown and hazel eyes pop!

‘POP of Color.’ At the “Dare to Sparkle” Station 2, Hanna Pechon demonstrated the right way of incorporating glitter to one’s favorite go-to look.

Station 3’s “Color Me Bold” had Jherome Ramos demonstrating the look of a fearless and loud life of the party: a medley of smoky, burgundy colors and deep lip shades perfect for every night out on the town and out of one’s comfort zone.

‘DARE to Sparkle.’ At “Hologlam,” Katchie Mejias gave a nod to the early ‘70s, combining the past with a futuristic twist also partly inspired by the multi-dimensional iridescence of the sea.

Station 5’s “Full on Club Chic” had Min Ortiz showing people how to do the mermaid look that’s been all over the net.

‘HOLOGLAM.’ Each station focused on how to use some of J. Cat’s most popular products like Lipfinity matte lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, liquid highlighters, Flash Metal, Holo Toppers, Rock Glitz Eyeliners and many more. The event was part of the brand’s launch of its “Turn Up the Volume” campaign.

‘COLOR Me Bold.’ “Forget that makeup is meant to disguise flaws; instead, start looking at makeup as a way to highlight your unique personality and creativity,” said Bwelle Madera, president of Bwelle Store Enterprise, Inc., the official distributor of J. Cat in the Philippines. “Why stay stuck in your comfort zone when you can turn up the volume and enter a whole new world of color and self-expression?”

Since its founding in 2012, J. Cat has bewitched beauty enthusiasts worldwide with its rich color pay-off, fun products and vegan and cruelty-free lines that encourage both newbies and pros to break the mold and create their own fearless looks.

All of J. Cat’s products are free of phthalates, sulfates, GMOs, triclosan and other toxic chemicals. Its nail polishes are also free from formaldehyde and toluene, while also being cruelty-free and budget-friendly.

The brand was launched in the Philippines last year. J. Cat Beauty stores can be found in Gateway Mall, Uptown Bonifacio, Ayala Malls Vertis North, Alabang Town Center and Ayala Malls the 30th. Visit their website https://www.jcatbeautyph.co/ to know more.
