The pageant is open to all transwomen, who are residents of Quezon City, at least 18 years old, five-feet-and-five-inches in height, with proportional body measurement and second-year college educational background or its vocational-technical school equivalent.

To qualify, candidates must present proof of residency, which includes a barangay residency certificate of at least six months and a Quezon City voters’ identification or Commission on Elections certificate. Applicants must also secure an endorsement from the Barangay Pride Council, with an approval from the barangay chairperson.

Aside from the above, drug test results and National Bureau of Investigation or Police Clearance must also be submitted.

The organizers also said it will favor candidates with strong sense of social awareness. Applicants must not have existing management contract. Should applicants win, titleholders must be willing to fulfill her respective duties and responsibilities for one year.

Forms must be submitted personally at VPF Creative Marketing Communications, located at the third floor of PM Building, 24 Matalino Street, Central, Quezon City.
