Rob suspect nabbed

A construction worker wanted for allegedly robbing a computer shop in 2013 failed to escape the long arm of the law as he was collared the other day near his house in Marikina City.

Rey Gonzales, 42, thought wrong that five years were already enough for the police to forget all about him as he expressed surprised when handcuffed by lawmen.

One Erly Cayetano tagged Gonzales as the one who ransacked her computer shop at 88 Olive Street in Barangay Concepcion Dos. The accused went into hiding after the robbery.

Police officers headed by Chief Insp. Glenn Aculana served Gonzales the warrant for his arrest issued by Marikina City Regional Trial Court Branch 273 Judge Romeo Tagra. NSB
