Megaworld sets launch of second tower condominium

Property developer Megaworld Corp. should soon launch its second Park McKinley West condominium tower, its next project, after the first tower was launched in May and promptly sold out.

“At present, the unit price of Park McKinley West already rose 15 percent to P250,000 per square meter because of the huge demand for residential property. We somehow expected this considering the remarkable take-up of lots in McKinley West Village and the brisk sale of units in St. Moritz and The Albany,” Noli D. Hernandez, Megaworld senior vice president for sales and marketing, said.

The second Park McKinley West tower has 478 one-bedroom and five-bedroom units and has the same number of floors and amenities as the first tower.
