Ex-helper’s son robs actor’s house

The son of a former employee of Gerald Anderson broke into the actor’s house in Quezon City and took away his shoes and several shirts of his staff.

The suspect, whose name was withheld, was later caught and brought to the Batasan Police Station, where he denied the accusation.

A driver of Anderson’s neighbor, Erwin Ebora, saw the suspect enter the actor’s house and then saw him trying to escape.

Anderson’s personal assistant, Jalil Laidan, said they saw the suspect just beside the actor’s car and called him.

The suspect ran away but other residents helped and subdued him.
