Katrina Ponce Enrile appointed new CEZA chief

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has designated Katrina Gloria Ponce Enrile as the new head of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority.
Malacañang announced the appointment of Enrile, who is the daughter of Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile, on Wednesday.
In her new role, Enrile will assume the position of administrator and chief executive officer of CEZA with the status of a Cabinet member.
An entrepreneur and accomplished businesswoman, Enrile manages Delimondo, one of the country’s successful food brands, which has expanded its distribution to various global regions.
In a Facebook post, Enrile expressed her gratitude to the President for her appointment.
“Thank you for the trust President @bongbongmarcos. I am beyond grateful. This is Katrina Ponce Enrile, newly appointed CEZA Administrator/CEO at your service,” she said.
Meanwhile, Marcos also appointed Ronnie Ong as acting chairman of the Local Water Utilities Administration, and Diana Rose Cajipe as Undersecretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
