Fresh from her stint at RuPaul’s DragCon LA in Los Angeles, California, Drag Race Philippines’ first winner, Precious Paula Nicole, will be gracing the stage of the first Sydney Drag Expo in Sydney, Australia.

The expo, touted to be the biggest drag gathering and market in Australia, will be held from 19 to 21 May at Sydney International Convention Centre, located in the iconic Darling Harbour precinct in New South Wales.

The Sydney Drag Expo will spotlight Australian drag queens as well as international queens, mostly alums from the RuPaul’s Drag Race franchise. Drag Race Down Under stars, such as Art Simone, Etcetera Etcetera, Coco Jumbo, Anita Wiglit, Beverly Kills, Molly Poppinz, Faux Fur, Maxi Shield and Karen From Finance will also be there. The queens will be featured in different activities including an opening parade, shows, talks, parties, meets-and-greets, a convention and a fair.

Precious will have a main stage performance as well as Jinkx Monsoon, Monet X Change, Trinity the Tuck, Alaska 2000, A’whora, Sminty Drop and Baga Chipz, among others.

Sydney Drag Expo is organized by In The Dark Presents, following the success of the first Drag Expo in Melbourne in 2022. Organizers have confirmed that second Melbourne Drag Expo will be held from 11 to 13 August at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
