The Philippine Peso on Friday, 17 March, slightly appreciated the US dollar after closing the day at P54.71 from its P54.86 close last Thursday.

It opened the trade at P54.75, way better than its P55.01 start in the previous session.

It traded between P54.75 and P54.61, resulting in an average of P54.678.

Volume reached $880 million, up from the previous session’s $799 million.
