3 sisters in Cebu online porno rescued

It said the information that led to the rescue of the three minor girls came from Australian Federal Police through the Philippine Internet Crimes Against Children Center

The National Bureau of Investigation rescued three siblings, all minor girls who were found subjects of pornographic materials, in Ronda town in Cebu.

Report from the NBI’s Anti-Human Trafficking Division stated that no one was arrested during the raid conducted by the Cebu agents of the bureau.

The NBI, in a statement, said the NBI-AHTRAD recommended the filing of charges against the girls’ elder sister and her Argentinian husband, identified as Victor Daniel Ibarra, who is currently detained in Sydney, Australia.

The NBI said,“NBI-AHTRAD recommended the filing of charges for violation of Section 4 of Republic Act 9208, the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 as amended, and violation of Section 4 of RA 9775, Act Defining the Crime of Child Pornography, in relation to RA 10175, the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.”

It said the information that led to the rescue of the three minor girls came from Australian Federal Police through the Philippine Internet Crimes Against Children Center.

The Australian police reported that Ibarra was arrested in Sydney “for possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials of three minor female victims.”

It added that acting on the information received the NBI-AHTRAD together with NBI-CEVRO and social workers from Department of Social Welfare and Development – Region VII office proceeded to the residence of the minor victims resulting in their rescue.
