The Land Transportation Office launched on Tuesday the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code — an innovative digital service that the general public can avail of, for efficient and easier submission of complaints and suggestions to the agency through the use of cellphones.
LTO chief Assistant Secretary Jose Arturo Tugade personally led the posting of the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code at the Licensing Section of the LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
The QR code was also posted in all LTO district and regional offices around the country.
“If anyone has a complaint or suggestion, they simply need to scan the QR code using their mobile phone. They will then be redirected to a survey form where they can put into detail their complaints or suggestions to the agency,” Tugade said.
There are also options that the public can choose from the usual complaints such as slow service, bad-tempered employee, unpleasant surroundings, or the presence of fixers.
In addition to the QR code, the public can also send their complaints or suggestions by e-mail.
Tugade said the launching of the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code is just one of the pioneering initiatives that the LTO introduced as part of its efforts to digitalize the agency and provide a seamless customer experience when it comes to conducting transactions at the LTO.
