Dinalupihan road improvement completed

DINALUPIHAN, Bataan — In another breakthrough in terms of infrastructure, the Department of Public Works and Highways completed the upgrading and widening of the 235-linear meter section of Jose Abad Santos Avenue, a busy street in Dinalupihan, Bataan.

The P6.6 million road reconstruction project was implemented by DPWH Bataan 1st District Engineering Office.

According to District Engineer Erlindo Flores Jr. of the 1st DE0, said motorists who had earlier complained about the poor condition of the road can now heave a sigh of relief.

Engr Flores said DPWH is keen to provide a more comfortable and safer journey to commuters passing through JASA.

“The road network is the main road that connects the provinces of Bataan and Zambales. Hence, its completion will also benefit travelers going to various tourism destinations in the western part of Central Luzon,” Flores added.

The project includes rthe eplacement of damaged pavements and ithe nstallation of road safety features such as thermoplastic pavement markings.
