How about some sapin-sapin and puto bumbong ice cream

Bibingka, puto bumbong, sapin-sapin, leche flan… All these classic Pinoy kakanin and sweets are an intrinsic part of our holiday celebration. Bibingka and puto bumbong, in particular, are so closely associated with the Filipino Christmas festivities when stalls just pop up around churches in December to sell these delightful bites. Freshly cooked on a charcoal stone and loaded with lots of grated coconut and muscovado sugar, they look, smell, and taste like the Pinoy Christmas of yore, indeed!

But what if these beloved kakanin are presented in a different form and served cold, perhaps, like ice cream, for a change? If your answer is yes, then the Christmas 2022 Collection of Sebastian's Ice Cream will surely excite you, as it turns kakanin into ice cream cakes for everyone to enjoy this holiday season. Then there's Sapin Sapin Special, which consists of layers of freshly baked kutsinta cake flavored with pandan, Gata Kakanin Ice Cream, langka cake made with fresh langka, and Ube Kakanin Ice Cream, topped with crunchy latik and toasted niyog.

The fourth kakanin ice cream cake is Leche Flan Torte. It has a base layer of rich butter cake infused with fresh orange zest and diced almonds, a thick middle layer of leche flan ice cream made with real leche flan, and a crown of steamed leche flan.

All these kakanin-based ice cream cakes sell in slices and in whole cakes.

Also available this Christmas are Chocolate Crinkle Chilly Burgers (two moist chocolate crinkles filled with rich and creamy ice cream) in white chocolate crinkle, peppermint crinkles, and hazelnut crinkle variants; as well as Ube Crinkle Chilly Burgers in ube keso crinkle, ube buko crinkle, and ube leche flan crinkle variants.
