After three years in the Philippines, PartnerHero has opened an office at Cyberpark 1 in Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City.
PartnerHero first came to the Philippines in 2019 with the goal of being a different kind of employer in the local BPO space. One of its core operating principles is "culture leads, success follows." Rather than trying to squeeze as much economic output out of its associates as possible, it focuses on its people and let business success come as a result.

PartnerHero COO and President Heather Casey visited from the US to join the ribbon-cutting and launch festivities for the new office on 8 November. The company also thanked its partners, including KMC, Joseph Dragge, Atty. Mel Barrozo, 168 Corebilt, and the Araneta team.
From the PartnerHero site blessing, the team paraded from Cyberpark 1 to the Novotel Hotel escorted by drum-beaters, Philippine fiesta style, to celebrate this company milestone. The event was graced by local government officials, CCAP representatives, as well as the Araneta area representative.
