The newest Bossing delivered big time for Blackwater.

Troy Rosario, one of two players Blackwater acquired in a trade involving top overall rookie pick Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser, came up with a double-double, powering Blackwater to a 97-85 win over Phoenix Super LPG in the PBA Commissioner's Cup at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on 24 September.

Rosario, a former Gilas Pilipinas mainstay, posted 15 points and 10 rebounds in a fine debut as the Bossing made up for a previous setback at the hands of the visiting Bay Area Dragons.

Blackwater import Cameron Krutwig added a triple-double and four other players scored double figures, including Baser Amer's highest output so far.

Amer scored 24 points on an 8-of-17 shooting from the field while sneaking in two steals.

Krutwig's 17 points, 16 rebounds and seven assists rubbed off on the rest of the team.

Rey Suerte likewise did well, pouring in 15 points and pulling down eight boards.

Rashawn McCarthy chipped in 12 points while Gab Banal, another addition to the squad as part of the trade that sent him and Rosario to Blackwater, added 10 markers on top of five rebounds and five assists.
