If elections were to be held today, Makati City Mayor Abby Binay will win a second term hands-down, while actor Isko Moreno will unseat Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, a survey of 1,800 voters from around the 16 cities and one municipality of Metro Manila showed.
Abby will garner 67 percent of the votes, trumping her brother, former Mayor Junjun Binay, with 20 percent; and Ricky Yabut, with two percent.
