Consunji-led DMCI Homes is on track to reach its adjusted P40 billion sales target for 2018 on the back of consistent strong sales performance.

The housing unit of DMCI Holdings Inc. amassed P33.48 billion in reservation sales for the first three quarters of the year, 7 percent higher than the P31.34 billion recorded in 2017.
The key contributor for the growth is Kai Garden Residences in Mandaluyong City, which has gathered an P8 billion total sales revenue as of 30 September.
Pasig city projects Fairlane Residences and Prisma Residences, which earned P7.26 billion and P3.18 billion in sales and reservations, respectively, also served as top contributors for the first three quarters.
Aside from Fairlance Residences, DMCI Homes launched residential projects The Atherton in Parañaque City and Satori Residences in Pasig City this year.
This is on top of completing 10 buildings in various projects namely Bristle Ridge in Baguio City, Brio Tower in Makati City, Asteria Residences in Parañaque City, Mirea Residences and Lumiere Residences in Pasig City and Ivorywood in Taguig this year.
To date, DMCI has launched a total of 72 projects since its start in 1999.
The property developer has also increased its total land value to P9 billion from P4.9 billion for the same period last year, including new acquisitions in Visayas and Mindanao.
“This is part of the company’s plan to expand outside Metro Manila which started with Outlook Ridge Residences in Baguio City and Verdon Parc in Davao City,” DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria was quoted in a regulatory filing.
“We are also hoping to help address the housing needs in other key cities like Cebu in the near future.”
